Membership Guarantee
If you decide to cancel your membership in the first 6 months of your initial term, just send us a written notice. You’ll receive a partial refund, based on the unused portion of your membership from the cancellation date through the end of the term.
New Memberships:
- Membership begins on the date the Membership Agreement is signed and lasts for 12 months (unless otherwise specified).
- Payment is due within 30 days of joining, unless otherwise noted in the agreement.
Renewing Memberships:
- Renewal invoices are issued 90 days before the due date.
- To avoid interruption, please confirm your intent to renew while payment is being processed.
- There is no penalty for not renewing your membership, nor do we auto-renew memberships.
All Members agree that:
- All Board.org communications are confidential and must not be shared outside of the community.
- All participants on behalf of our company must meet the eligibility rules for this community. All participants are subject to approval by Board.org.
- Our organization supports the highest level of ethical practices.
- We will contribute to the conversation and knowledge of the community.
