The DEI Board is officially 1 year old, and we’re celebrating the milestones that members have helped us achieve in our confidential, vendor-free community.
Over the last year, we welcomed 143 senior diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders from 62 major companies across the world — and thanks to our members, we’ve had 288 confidential leadership discussions on critical DEI topics.
Members have turned to this community to find and share helpful toolkits and resources on:
- ERG guides and operation manuals
- Implementing self-ID strategies
- DEI scorecards
- LGBTQ+ inclusion tools
- Guidelines for tying executive pay to DEI goals, and more
Members have been able to quickly come together to address emerging challenges and DEI crises, including:
- Inclusion and belonging implications of federal COVID-19 mandates
- Corporate response to Canadian Indigenous children’s unmarked graves
- What we’re doing to respond to the crisis in Ukraine
We’re grateful for all the support Board Members have shown each other over the last year in the DEI Board. A special thanks to our founding members and Board Chairs (pictured above from left to right) who helped launch this community:
