The Basics
Pricing
Price includes admission to both meeting days and private Member Dinner on May 22.
$1,100 (earliest bird pricing until Feb.16)$1,350 (early bird pricing Feb. 17 – April 12)- $1,600 (regular pricing April 13 – May 15)

Recommended Hotels
Omni Dallas Hotel (connected to the venue via a skybridge)
If the Omni is booked, there are dozens of other hotel options within walking distance of the venue.
Registration is private and is not open to the public
- You must be an ESG & CSR Board Member to attend.
- You must be registered to attend. No walk-ins are ever allowed.
- Every single registration is reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Board.org.
Other Details
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the event — well, we’ll miss you. We understand that things happen. You can get a full refund on your registration fees if you cancel on or before April 15, 2024. If you cancel between April 16 and May 8, 2024, we will provide a 50% refund on registration fees. We do not issue refunds for cancellations after May 8, 2024, or for no-shows (including for weather, travel-related and health issues). In the event that you test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you stay home — the same cancellation rules above apply.
Transfers
You may transfer your registration to an approved member on your roster at no additional cost.
Dress Code
We’re totally casual. Jeans are fine. It’s one of the perks of a confidential meeting — nobody back at the office will know what you wear. (No shirt, no shoes, no service.)
Sponsorship
We do not accept sponsors at Board Meetings.
Blogger and Press Passes
Sorry, no bloggers, press, or outsiders of any kind are allowed at this confidential meeting.
