Leaders of employee experience at 12 of the world’s biggest companies have come together to launch the Employee Experience Board. The mission of the group is to help members engage in confidential, leader-level discussions with a trusted network of their peers.
Employee experience is a top priority for enterprises navigating the post-pandemic challenges of a hybrid workforce facing low employee engagement and all-time highs in stress (nearly 60% of employees report they are stressed at their jobs every day, higher than 2020 peaks). Low engagement alone costs the global economy $7.8 trillion. Leaders face immense challenges in building healthy, engaged workforces – and by sharing advice and best practices through the Employee Experience Board, are accelerating innovation to reverse these trends.
The group is managed by Board.org, a membership organization where senior-level leaders at large organizations collaborate in private, peer-to-peer discussions. Membership is exclusively for the people leading the programs, without the influence of vendors or interest groups in the room.
Employee Experience Board Members include American Family Insurance, Fidelity Investments, Freeman, Grainger, Kimberly-Clark, Lincoln Financial Group, Signet Jewelers, Target, Toyota, United Airlines, UnitedHealth Group, and Zurich North America.
