In this extremely tough moment — when executives were turning to DEI leaders for insight into highly-sensitive public discourse — the DEI Board pulled together a private video conference for 43 DEI leaders in just four hours after the court’s announcement to discuss possible responses to the ruling.

Thanks to the urgent video call, the Director of Strategic Inclusion was able to benchmark their company’s response and messaging in real time with their peers.
