Showing Your Member Pride

All the ways you can share your membership status with your network

Show off your Board.org membership on LinkedIn.

We encourage you to list your Board.org membership on your LinkedIn profile — it’s a distinguished credential that demonstrates your industry leadership.

Every Board.org community has a LinkedIn page (like a company). You can list your membership status as a job. Your title is either Board Chair or Board Member. If you leave the community, we ask that you include the end date of your membership.

If you’re a Board Chair, say this:

The DEI Board is a community for people leading diversity, equity, and inclusion at the world’s biggest companies. As a Board Chair, I’m responsible for leading my company’s membership in the community.

If you’re a Board Member, say this:

The DEI Board is a community for people leading diversity, equity, and inclusion at the world’s biggest companies. As a Board Member, I represent our company in high-level, confidential discussions with other senior leaders at major organizations.

Add Board.org to your resume.

Your Board.org membership is a prestigious credential, and many members list it on their resume. We encourage you to list your member role (Board Chair or Board Member) and how long you’ve been in the community.
