Evonik refreshed its employer brand with the campaign title #HumanChemistry and authentic storytelling at its core. Manager of University Relations and Early Career Development James Toy will explain how they revamped their career website with a focus on storytelling; created a custom, employee-generated social media feed; and in 2019, launched Evonik's Instagram account. He’ll share successes and challenges from the past 1.5 years since the campaign launch, focusing on how Evonik fine-tuned their approach to content creation and added channels to their strategy while maintaining a consistent story across all media.
