With more than 100 of their 200 localized recruiters using LinkedIn and Twitter for recruiting at a variety of activity levels, Enterprise Holdings found themselves with an inconsistent brand hiring voice and an inefficient use of their recruiters’ time. Many recruiters were investing in LinkedIn Talent Solutions products, but not staying active in nurturing their candidate audiences. For these reasons, Enterprise saw an opportunity to better represent their employer brand and better support their recruiters’ social media efforts. As a result, they created the Enterprise Holdings Social Recruiting Team, which has grown to 195 members across all of HR.
