Julie Millard, Vice President of Corporate Citizenship OpenText, talked with CMSWire about how they align CSR with their core values and incorporate it into the DNA of the business.

One way they’ve done this is by establishing a site leader program. Julie said, “It’s sort of like our on-the-ground, cultural leader and employee engagement leader. And that was my go-to when it was time to reach out for this campaign to figure out what was going to work in their regions. This network of leaders are at the grassroots level in each of our respective offices, and it’s so invaluable to have that feedback loop for how certain campaigns are going to work or how we can tweak things for their market. Because we definitely want to empower them to have the flexibility to make sure their campaigns are working.”
