Chick-fil-A joins the DEI Board as the latest member with Erick McReynolds as Board Chair

Our community continues to grow with Chick-fil-A joining the DEI Board. Their membership will be led by Board Chair Erick McReynolds, who is the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Erick is an experienced executive director with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. With skills in consulting, operations, customer satisfaction, team building, public speaking, and management, we are thrilled to have Erick in our community.
